NEWS FLASH

Dear Members,

In my first message, I informed you that the ex-member's suit against the Society is being heard in the High Court.

OUTCOME
Ex-member's suit against the Society was concluded at the High Court on 10 Feb 2012 and the Judge dismissed his claim. The Judge granted the Society Judgment as claimed in the Society's Counterclaim ie he granted the Society a Declaration that the ex-member's membership ceased by virtue of By-Law 4.9(g). He also awarded the Society costs of the legal proceedings.
