KEEPING UP WITH THE TIMES! GOING GREEN! Posted on 18th October 2007 Members will be pleased to note that in keeping with the times, the Annual Reports of the Co-operative are now available in its website - www.trccoop.org.sg. For a start, the Annual Reports for calendar years 2005 and 2006 are already available on the web. You can also print them, if you wish. Based on feedback and suggestions received, future Annual Reports will be posted on our website in advance, ie at least 14 days before the AGM for the convenience of members. Members can access to these reports anytime once they are published on our website and at their convenience. Unless we have received specific requests from members for us to send them a printed copy (hard copy) of the Annual Report, we will stop the practice of posting these Reports to every member. This is based on members' suggestions and feedback. The Society is aware that not all members would have access to an email, fax or a PC. In view of this, the Co-op will be glad to continue to send them the printed copies on their request. Members wishing to receive a printed copy of the next Annual Report for calendar year 2007 are requested to do any of the following: Phone - 63334656 (between 11.30 am to 6.30 pm on weekdays); Fax - 63335616; Letter -1 Sophia Road, #03-09 Peace Centre, Singapore 228149. Email - trccoop@singnet.com.sg In making a request, PLEASE ensure that you give your name, NRIC No, residential Address and contact number. One thing for sure a copy of the Annual Report for 2007 will be given to EVERY member who attends the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to facilitate discussion. This time round, the AGM for 2007 will be held at the Civil Service Club's Auditorium at Tessensohn Road on Saturday, 29 Mar 08 at 4pm. If you still need a copy of the Annual Report, please let us know any time from now till 31st Dec 07 to facilitate printing sufficient copies. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
